Business Development Executive
Job Scope:
- To identify, manage and resolve issues arising from Sales & Billing in a timely manner .
- Be the person in charge to reply the Sales & Billing Enquiries via phone, live chat helpdesk and serving walk-in customer inquiries.
- Efficiently reply to Billing or sales Enquiries via phone and helpdesk.
- Assist customers on matters related to their accounts helpfully.
- Prepare quotations competently and follow up until close sales.
- Process new orders proficiently.
- Do suspension calls notification to encourage customer’s service renewal.
- Do follow-ups with the customers consistently & consistently follow up on collecting debts when the need arises.
- As and when required, you are required to meet up with customers for sales pitch .
- As and when required you are required to participate in company promotion roadshow and event and be responsible in its setup and preparation even if it falls on weekends.
- Develop relationships with potential and existing customers via calls, emails, internet involvement and field trips to meet face to face and educate potential customers about our product range.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English and Malaysia language.
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.

Technical Support Representative I
Job Scope:
Chosen candidate will be working closely to assist our customers to address their technical issues that arise from our web hosting solutions which includes but not limited to the following:
- Troubleshoot & Resolve technical questions through email support tickets helpdesk / support call / on site
- To troubleshoot errors related to hosting related services.
- To provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by Serverfreak.
- To answer and reply phone calls on technical related issues.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
- Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
- Knowledge of FTP, DNS, cPanel and WHM preferred.
- Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
- Experience with documenting procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic web hosting and technical procedures as needed.
Linux System Administrator I-III
Job Scope:
- Demonstrating the ability to diagnose complex customer application issues and provide quick and accurate solutions within a collaborative environment.
- Taking ownership of issues from identification through resolution.
- Providing technical support for Level I issues via helpdesk and the telephone.
- Providing fellow system administrators and support representatives with technical support and guidance.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Apache, MySQL, and Exim.
- Installation of Server at Data center & Data Center visit for server maintenance.
- To monitor and ensure servers are working on optimum performance.
- Manage and responsible for server deployment, operating systems installation, hardware,software and network equipment as well as maintenance.
- Setting up,deploying and maintanining new & existing servers.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
- Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot scripting languages such as PHP, bash, and perl.
Desired Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of the cPanel/WHM control panel.
- Advanced knowledge of the Linux operating system.
- Knowledge of bash and perl shell scripting.
- Advanced knowledge of Apache, MySQL, and Exim.
